Jubilee Zoo is host to the Jireh Farm Riding Academy. Well-trained, beautiful, Jireh Farm registered Welsh Ponies and Cobs are the foundation of our lesson program.
Horse crazy kids of all sizes (up to 200 lbs.) six years-of-age and over will love our kid-friendly horses and ponies. Let your child try out their wings in our safe, fun, and friendly program. We start in our small covered arena. With a bit of experience, young riders move up and out to our 100' X 200' arena.
Our experienced instructors offer instruction in all aspects of good horsemanship. Basic horse care and feeding, grooming, saddling, leading, mounting, riding, effective communication with respect, and safety are just a few of the topics covered.
Jubilee Zoo riding students may enjoy participating in our in-house play days and horse shows.
